Bridlewood Ranches Property Owners Association

Bridlewood Ranches Property Owners Association was established in 2006.  Deed Restrictions and Bylaws were developed and recorded in the Hays County Courthouse. These documents are also available on this website.

Bridlewood Ranches is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 3-5 members.

Election of new Directors is held at the Members Annual Meeting, usually in the second quarter of the year.  Board members who resign before their term has been completed are replaced by the Board naming a replacement to fill the unexpired term.  Naming a replacement is not mandatory, as the Board may elect to operate with fewer members. Officers are elected by the Board annually, usually following the close of the Annual Member Meeting.
